Overview
At Anto’s Chocolates, we take great care in packing and delivering your orders with love. Since our products are perishable and custom-prepared, we generally do not accept returns once the order is delivered.
However, your satisfaction matters most to us. If your chocolates are damaged during transit or you are unable to enjoy your treat due to any genuine issue, we’re here to help and will process your refund quickly.
Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
- You must send us a clear unboxing video taken from the start of opening the package.
- Also, include a photo of the package before opening to verify the condition.
- If your claim is genuine, we will instantly process your refund.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 working days (usually faster).
Note: No refunds will be processed without proof.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, check your bank account or payment app.
- Then contact your bank or payment provider – sometimes processing takes a few days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or discounted items are non-refundable unless damaged during transit with proof.
Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety, we do not offer product exchanges.
But if your item arrives damaged, we’ll offer a refund as mentioned above.
Gifts
If you received our chocolates as a gift, refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original purchaser’s account only. We don’t offer exchanges or credit for gifts.
Shipping returns
You don’t need to return the damaged item to us. Just send us the:
- Unboxing video
- Package image before opening
No returns are required unless specifically requested by our team
